If you are a water lover like me why not come & make a splash at these there won't be a dry eye about...so much fun!
This is a great class for many reasons, but it definitely helps if you love water or at least not afraid of getting wet. From being super mindful, to activating your core & working pretty much every muscle in your body you will be floating on water when you feel the benefits.
Solo Your own personal session to get to grips with it all from the start.
Duo Have fun with a friend out on the water & even practice some ACRO YOGA on board
Group Book your own sessions for small groups or join in on one of ours where we will start off land before we climb aboard.
*SUP Yoga * Stand Up Paddle - Take your yoga practice to another level whilst floating on water- look out for group timetabled classes or book your own. Your own personal session to get to grips with it all from the start.
*SUP Skills Workshops * Stand Up Paddle specials which aim to get the grasp of certain tecniques like getting back on & off or different turns.
You must be able to swim but other than that the classes are for all abilities.
Lots of friendly faces. People of all shapes & sizes in comfy clothes. First timers & people continuing their journey's. People concentrating, learning, laughing & huffing & puffing too! All carefully sticking to COVID19 rules in place.
All equipment is provided except swimsuits & shoes - some wetsuits are available for solo & duo but sometimes it's nice to have your own especially during these times. I have a range I recommend & will be happy to help you. Where we go will be arranged sea or lake & listed on the class timetables.
Classes can range from 10€ per person for special group 30 mins sessions & those with Room -2- Be Cards. Info listed on the class timetable for more information please contact me direct.

The benefits of working out in water have long been documented. All the science besides staying cool & looking hot can really be a whole lot of splashing fun. Whether its at one of our listed group classes or you want to arrange your very own weekly summer sessions.
Zumba Fun choreographed water workouts with a real summer feel.
Aquafitmix Half out & half in - Poolside & a splash too with gadgets galore.
Aqua Yoga Themed flows of different poses with different aims with the aid of the water.
Circuit Swim & Strength Laps. lengths & breaks for strength training splashes.
Classes are for all abilities but it is recommended that you are happy in the water & if necessary you nneed to feel you can touch the bottom you can stay in the shallow end. There is always somewhere to start & somewhere to go.
