I believe Yoga  begins in stability I aim to teach the fundamentals of the poses & yoga ethos with & without props. With this stable foundation we can all learn together & enjoy our own Yoga journeys. together.
 

STYLES

Hatha  Yoga pose fundamentals with straps & blocks.

Ashtanga fast flow rhythmic salutations.

Vinyasa themed flows of different poses with different aims.

Shred hardcore high intensity yoga gym style sessions.

Pranayama Yogic breathing.

Nidra & Meditation learn different simple but effective relaxation techniques.
 

ABILITIES

Daily classes are for all abilities. There is always somewhere to start & somewhere to go. Workshops can be streamed & specialised for those wanting to learn certain aspects more deeply.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Lots of friendly faces. People of all shapes & sizes in comfy clothes. First timers & people continuing their journey's. People  concentrating, learning, laughing & huffing & puffing too! All carefully sticking to  COVID19 rules in place.

IN CLASS & ONLINE

All equipment is provided but  sometimes it's nice to have your own especially during these times. I have a range I recommend & will be happy to help you. Depending on the class & day we could be inside or out in some great venues & looking at spectacular views. 

During & inline with COVID19 rules & regulations when classes are not recommended live in person they are available online via ZOOM. Some classes are also steamed live but you only see me. This means if you can't join us in person you can check in on screen so not to miss your class.

PRICES

From 3€ you can be up & rocking with us in a 30min class of your choice, have your own private group class from only 10€ at your place, or take part in a weekly hour session with others from €6 & even have your own class with me at a time to suit you online/ offline from 15€. 

If you are as serious as I am about making a commitment to your health & fitness there is a budget to suit you waiting & a flexible timetable you can stick to!

For retreat packages for your Gite or Holiday guests a personal programme can be worked out specifically for your venue & guests needs.

Strong & Toned

pilates

From Joseph Pilates pure controlled moves to moves with added power & punch. A great all round class to realign your body & restore core control & strength. This will help to stretch & lenghen muscles to form a toned & tighter sihouette.
 

STYLES

Pure based on the Original Joseph Pilates core controlled moves.

Power pushes you into your fat burning zoon wit higher repetitions & faster stronger series.

Props include Pilates rings, band & balls to add fun, resistance & more work to your workouts.


ABILITIES
