Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
Reiki treatments typically last about 30 - 50 minutes. During a session, you'll lie on a massage table or on your yoga mat fully clothed, as your reiki practitioner gently places their hands, palms down, on or just above your body in specific energy locations. They use a series of 12 to 15 different hand positions.
Sometimes the experience of Reiki is dramatic, while for other people, the first session in particular may be uneventful, although they feel somehow better afterward. The most common experience is an almost immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation.

Depending on whether its part of another group class, a reiki class group or a private session prices vary from 5 - 60€

Sometimes we just want to delve a tad deeper into something. & I really relish the opportunity to bring in another dimension to your classes. Other times I learnt something new myslf during my ongoing professional development that I just want you all to know.

Daily classes are for all abilities. There is always somewhere to start & somewhere to go. Workshops can be streamed & specialised for those wanting to learn certain aspects more deeply.
Lots of friendly faces. People of all shapes & sizes in comfy clothes. First timers & people continuing their journey's. People concentrating, learning, laughing & huffing & puffing too! All carefully sticking to COVID19 rules in place.
All equipment is provided but sometimes it's nice to have your own especially during these times. I have a range I recommend & will be happy to help you. Depending on the class & day we could be inside or out in some great venues & looking at spectacular views.
During & inline with COVID19 rules & regulations when classes are not recommended live in person they are available online via ZOOM. Some classes are also steamed live but you only see me. This means if you can't join us in person you can check in on screen so not to miss your class.
